How myfyio uses account data and optional analytics.
Account and service data
Signing in or creating an account processes your email, authentication credentials and, when you use phone verification, phone number. Connected identity providers supply the information needed to authenticate you. Workspace activity, team membership, wallet transactions and billing records support the services you use.
Cookies and analytics
Session cookies keep you signed in; myfyio_lang remembers your language. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. Google Analytics and DataFast load only after you select “Allow analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent account access. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to withdraw permission; the page reloads to stop loaded trackers and removes accessible analytics cookies.
Service providers
The application integrates Authfyio and Firebase for authentication, configured OAuth providers for social sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Netgsm for SMS verification and Stripe for payments. Optional analytics use Google Analytics and DataFast. These providers process the data needed for their functions. Processing locations depend on the provider and service configuration; this notice does not promise exclusive TR or EU residency.
Security and retention
Authentication, service operation, billing and abuse prevention require some data even when analytics is rejected. Retention depends on the data category, service needs and applicable obligations. For the retention period applicable to your records, contact us before providing additional information.
Requests and contact
For questions about your information or requests to access, correct, export or delete it, contact hello@myfyio.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
