Account use, subscriptions and service responsibilities.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for authorized activity in your workspace. Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@myfyio.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized access, spam, credential theft or activity that disrupts other customers. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security incidents.
Subscriptions and usage
Subscription fees and metered usage are separate. Starter XI is $79/month; the founder offer is $49/month for the first six paid months, then $79/month. Team is $199/month and Business is $499/month. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes and usage charges are additional. Trialist is limited to evaluation. Review the checkout total and renewal details before paying. Champions infrastructure, support and SLA terms require a separate agreement.
Managing your subscription
Use the dashboard billing portal to view billing details and available subscription controls. Contact hello@myfyio.com for cancellation, refund or billing questions if a control is unavailable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this page.
Availability and your content
No standard plan includes a contractual uptime SLA unless separately agreed in writing. Keep backups of your data. You retain rights to your content and must have permission to upload or process it. Individual connected products may have additional terms.
